The council of Zeeburg gave the green light to projectdevelopers HBB/Amplan for a yacht basin and an eye-catching multifunctional centre in the Entrepothaven. It will have room for 200 ships and is meant for the somewhat bigger sailing and motorboats.

The building designed by Bik+Mulder Architecten will be 36 meters high, one and a half times higher than the warehouses Sunday till Monday next to it. The striking building will get harbour facilities, a hotel, bar, conference rooms, fitness centre and businesses. Plus a parking for 200 cars.
